LONDON, ON – Northern Commerce, Canada’s fastest growing full-service eCommerce agency, announced plans today to expand into a 30,000 square foot office at 300 Wellington Street, part of London’s Horton Street tech corridor (SOHO).

“Northern is focused on offering the best digital solutions for mid-large sized enterprises and we are excited about how this new space will support our explosive growth here in London, Ontario” said Michael DeLorenzi, the 27 year-old President and CEO of Northern.

Northern’s new headquarters will occupy the second floor at 300 Wellington Street, a building initially used as a warehouse in 1948, and more recently served as office space for approximately 250 employees of General Dynamics Land Systems Canada.

With over $1 million in renovations, the revitalized space will feature upwards of 25 office suites and 150 workstations in a collaborative work environment with distinctive architecture and progressive design elements. The former warehouse features exposed brick walls and thirteen foot ceilings.

“We currently work across multiple floors and offices, but our new space will create an open collaborative environment all on one large floor,” said DeLorenzi.

Northern is expected to move into their new headquarters sometime in the fall of 2016.
