"Working with Northern resulted in a major unlock for the Asset Managers and their leadership. Prior to the workshop, the business was frustrated that AEM ‘Out of the Box’ wasn’t easy to work with and struggled to balance their technical needs with their business needs. The workshop was methodical and collaborative and the business quickly saw that the flexibility within AEM was an advantage and customizations were not has difficult as assumed, we ended with an action plan that was easy to understand and execute. Moreover, the real value from the workshop was that the business pivoted their general attitude about the AEM as a framework and now have many successful stories on their DAM journey."
