I love the people and culture at Northern. When I started here right out of university, I knew I didn't want a normal desk job - and Northern has surpassed my hopes of this everyday. It feels so rewarding and fulfilling to work with such a great community of innovative people that feel like a family and I'm so proud to be a Northerner.
